About the Session:

This course is spread out over two consecutive days.


First Aid & CPR techniques for those who need training for work requirements, or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies in the workplace or home. The course covers a variety of topics from basic (such as cardiovascular and breathing emergencies, CPR Level C, AED, prevention of disease transmission) to in-depth topics, such as sudden medical conditions and injuries to the head and spine.

Ken Rohr:

  • First Aid Instructor with the Canadian Red Cross since 2008.
  • Owner and operator of Safety Starts Here Inc. in Camrose AB.
  • Teaches on average 50 sessions per year.
  • Has a client list that includes Doctors, nurses, care givers, teachers, oil and gas employees and the list goes on.
  • Has done many group training sessions and has been able to assist organizations with their training and supplies needs in the area of First Aid.
Cancellation Policy:

Request for cancellation or refund must be received in writing (fax/email) at the CARC office a minimum of 3 FULL business days prior to the event start, or registration fees will apply and refunds will not be issued. If you are unable to attend a session and unable to provide three FULL business days’ notice, please feel free to delegate an alternate to attend in your place.
