About the Presenter(s):
Dr. David CarterDr. Dave Carter has been an educator for 30 years, having worked as a Grade 6 and 7 Teacher, a Learning Assistance Teacher for grades K-7, a School Psychologist for Grades K-12, Director of Instruction (Student Support Services) in Central Okanagan School District #23, and most recently Director of Instruction (Student Support Services) in Surrey School District #36. Dave ‘semi retired' in 2005, and teaches courses for UBC, SFU, does psycho-educational evaluations, and consults to the B.C. Ministry of Education and the Attorney General of B.C.
